Next-gen building materials—
made from textile waste.
Building the academic research pathway to develop affordable, safe, durable building materials from textile waste.
Use what we have. Build what we need.
What We’re Doing
Altera Circular Systems is building the academic research and partnership pathway to explore transforming textile waste into lumber-like building material—designed to be affordable without compromising safety, durability, or performance.
We are in an early-stage initiative building the foundation for a research-to-product development pathway. We connect universities, trade programs, partners, and funders to move a complex idea from concept → research → validation → real-world adoption.
Fiscally sponsored by Embolden WI (501(c)(3)).
